Despite the fact that at the time of taking the challenge in the hand, we were not a big company, neither we had any experience working with Nuclear power plants. In our side, we had bookish knowledge and some civil work experiences, and all odds were against us.
WE didnt for once refuse to do the works delicated by the Russian authority on the Ruppur nuclear Power plant, We did all that was necessary to be done in order to achieve excellence in the work. It was a great learning process for us as precision to the extreme was needed on every single work that we did., beside a level of professionalism was learned and accumulated
